We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your event to allow time for planning and coordination. For larger events or those requiring animal visits, earlier is better.
Is there a cost to partner with the Santa Cruz SPCA?
Most partnerships are free — we're happy to participate in events that benefit our mission or help us reach new supporters. For events requiring significant staffing or resources, we'll discuss any logistics during the planning process.
Can we have adoptable animals at our event?
In some cases, yes. Events and animal appearances depend on staffing, animal welfare considerations, and the nature of the event. We'll discuss what's possible when we connect.
What kind of events do you typically participate in?
Everything from brewery fundraisers and farmers markets to community festivals. If it's a good fit for our mission and our animals, we're in.
Can we donate proceeds from our event to the SPCA?
