Rescue Readers January -May 2023

Do you have an emerging reader on your hands who might benefit from practicing their reading with a non-judgmental animal audience?  Rescue Readers will have the chance to practice their reading aloud to both dogs and cats, but it also offers comfort and stress relief to all of our shelter animals at the same time.  It is a win-win for everyone!

We have only one student or one family of students signing up for each Rescue Readers session.  They happen on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-4pm.  Students can read to both cats and dogs as long as they have a parent accompany them.  (Maximum number of readers is 10)
